I. Non-return and exchange policy

Customized features

Based on the high-end customization attributes of the product (including but not limited to size customization, special material treatment, and targeted technical parameter debugging), all orders will enter the production process once confirmed. No-reason returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Intellectual property protection

The lighting design plan, optical parameter configuration, etc. are all core business secrets. Once the package is opened, it is regarded as the transfer of intellectual property rights. Therefore, opened goods cannot be returned.

Ii. Handling of Exceptional Cases

If you encounter any of the following problems, please provide evidence materials to the customer service email within 24 hours

Transportation damage: A full unpacking video in the unopened state must be submitted (clearly showing the integrity of the outer packaging and the damage inside).

Severe goods not matching the description: Provide screenshots of the order and comparison photos of the actual product. If the error rate exceeds ±15% of the product description, the dispute process can be initiated
